Visio - Requesting access to Visio
Login to the FreshService support portal and select Request New Service from the home screen:
In the left-hand pane, select Global - IT Software and Systems
Click on the Visio icon to request a Visio license.
A service request will be created and sent for approval by your line manager. Once approved, a member of the IT team will purchase the license and let you know when it is available.
