At Domino, we have an Atlassian site with Jira, Confluence and Atlas:

Jira https://dominoprintingsciences.atlassian.net/
Confluence https://dominoprintingsciences.atlassian.net/wiki/home
Atlas https://team.atlassian.com/

(Note there is a separate site used by some joint Domino-Brother projects at https://dominobrother.atlassian.net/ which is administered by Brother - Domino R&D Software Services do not administer this)

If a colleague needs access to Jira and/or Confluence (i.e. an Atlassian Cloud account), these are the steps to follow. The system is configured so they should be able to gain access in a completely automated way without the need to ask anyone, provided they have an account in one of the following Domino domains:

domino-industrial.com

domino-na.com

domino-printing.com

domino-uk.com

dominolaser.com

dominopa.com

graph-tech.ch

lakeimage.com

marquetdi.pt

mectec.se

postjet.co.uk

Instructions

  1. Please visit https://dominoprintingsciences.atlassian.net/

  2. Enter your Domino domain email

  3. You’ll see this screen prompting you to create your Atlassian account:

  4. You should now have access to both Jira and Confluence as an ordinary user. If you have problems with this process, or you need administrator access, or if you need permission to use areas which have restrictions on who can use them then please raise a FreshService ticket and the Software Services team will respond.

If you previously had access to Jira and/or Confluence using an alternate Domino email address (alias) which no longer works, please raise a FreshService ticket to have your email address updated so that you can regain access using Single Sign-On.
