Check what "Company" your location is part of:
Domino locations/countries have their own "Company" associated to their contacts in Outlook.
(e.g. Domino North America, Domino UK, etc.)
1. Open the Outlook Address Book on your computer.
2. Make sure you are searching the Global Address List.
3. Type your name in the search box and look to see what your Company is.
Adding all of local Domino contacts at once:
1. Open the Outlook Address Book on your computer.
2. Make sure you are searching the Global Address List.
3. Clear the search box if it's not already blank.
4. Click Advanced Find.
5. In the Company box, type the company name your location is associated with and click Ok.
6. This will pull up all Domino contacts associated with your "company" (including Shared Mailboxes).
7. Select all contacts by clicking the top contact, scrolling to the bottom, and shift clicking the bottom contact.
8. With all contacts selected, right click on one and choose "Add to Contacts" to add all of them at once.
Doing this will cause your Outlook to freeze. It will not unfreeze until all contacts are added which can take a long time.
Once this finishes, these contacts should eventually show up in your contact list on your phone. It can take upwards of an hour to sync all these contacts to your phone.
