You may have a scenario to unlock an Intune device (old or current) that's been Bit locked. An example scenario could be in the event of a theft or security incident and the machine now needs to be recovered for use.

1. Log into Coreview Portal - https://app.coreview.com/
2. Select Reports > Devices > BitLocker Keys
Intune Portal Method
To locate and retrieve the BitLocker key, follow these steps as an Intune admin.
- Navigate to Intune Management
- Click on devices

Locate your device-by-device name or serial number

Click on ‘Recovery Keys’ down the left-hand side

Click ‘show recovery key’

Enter the key on the device to unlock
