Sometimes you will need to access Office 365 applications from a different device but not want to use one of your licenses 5 installs. You can do this via any web browser by following the below steps.
When you have established internet access, open a browser and log in to office.com using your email address and password. (your screen should look like below)
You can then manage your e-mails with via your web browser.
You can also access online/web versions of the other Office365 applications including Teams, OneDrive, Word and Excel by clicking on the relevant icon in the left-hand pane.
