When additional access, software or hardware is required or you need something to be changed or amended this should be raised as Service Request.

If you are encountering issues with how the network, Software or Hardware is performing then this should be raised as an Incident, a guide for raising these can be found here:  Raising a new Incident


Open your web browser of choice and navigate to: https://freshservice.domino-printing.com/support/home





Left click on the Request New Service option in the centre of the screen.





This will open the Service Catalogue, from here you will be able to search for Service items using the search bar, or manually look through the Service Categories or Service Items.






Once you have found the item or service you wish to request let click on Request Now to open the relevant request form,






Complete all the form fields and click on the Place Request button in the top right when you are ready to submit your request.
