The attached process describes the Product Change Management Process to control the creation and modification of controlled objects used in Domino. It includes the raising of issues as a basis of Change Requests, the creation of Change Notes in the Development PLM system and the raising of an Engineering or Business Change Order to implement the change in the ERP system. 

It ensures that risk is managed through prevention of unauthorised change and that resources that create change are used efficiently and in alignment with the business priority.
