An error that can appear in outlook on startup is "Cannot Start Microsoft Office Outlook. Cannot open the Outlook window. Invalid XML, The View Cannot be Loaded"

To solve the error open the Run command via Start - > Run or press the Windows Logo + R on your keyboard.
In the window type outlook.exe /resetnavpane (note the SPACE)
Now restart Outlook and it will load into the users profile.
