Follow the below instructions to add a shared mailbox to your account.

 

1. Go to "File"

 


 

2. "Account Settings"

 


 

3. Click "Change"

 



4.  When the Exchange Account Settings window opens, click on "More Settings" button 


 


5. Go to the “Advanced” tab then “Add”

 


 

6. Type in the name of the mailbox then click ok, apply, ok.
