If you see the below error when trying to access Oracle please use the below steps to fix it.
Go into control panel > Java
Navigate to the security tab and click "edit site list"
Copy and paste the Oracle address. Only copy it up to the last 4 digits. e.g. http://voraapps1.dps.local:8000
Click ok.
Now restart Internet Explorer and log back into Oracle.
