If you click on an Oracle approval link in your email and it opens in a browser please follow the steps below to fix it.
Click on the windows start icon and start typing default app settings.
Click default app settings.
On this page click “Choose default applications by protocol.”
Scroll down until you find MAILTO this should be set to Outlook.
