As part of a Green Belt project, we have identified that Agile at one point had over 330 TS Documents with lots of duplicates and documents raised as TS that are not material spec or material finishing specs. The reason behind this condition was narrowed down to the ease at which TS could be raised in Agile.
In order to regulate the quality of future TS raised, we have decided to restrict the TS raising capability to Mark Gearing and James Holmes only, for the time being. If anyone needs to raise a TS, please fill out the TS template attached and forward it to either Mark Gearing or James Holmes together with supporting documents and they will raise it for you.
We are planning on a training session on TS to make it easier for everyone to understand how we use TS at Domino. Until then, the raising capability would be restricted and could be extended to a few others based on Mark's and James's discretion. Thank you all for understanding.
