Sign out from Office application and close all the Office applications opened on your system. 


To sign out, open any Office application (e.g. Outlook), click File > Account > Sign out and the quit all Office apps.

Next search for Credentials Manager from the task bar.




Select Windows Credentials.





Under Generic Credentials, look for any entries containing “OneDrive Cached Credentials” and MicrosoftOffice16 or MicrosoftOffice15 credentials and Remove all.



Also check your Windows account settings by click on the Start button > Settings > Accounts  It should look like below:



If so, launch Outlook and sign in to activate your Office applications.
