There are many causes as to why your WiFi keeps disconnecting - signal strength, wireless interference, network overload, outdated WiFi drivers on your PC and/or your router or problems with your internet service provider.

You can try disconnecting your device from the WiFi, rebooting your router and reconnecting to see if that resolves the issue.

Check for driver updates on your device by using the Dell SupportAssist application if installed on your device or by opening a browser to https://www.dell.com/support/home/en-uk (Product Support) and downloading the drivers.  NB:  Do not download and install the BIOS update as this has to be done by a member of the IT Team
