If you receive either of the following errors when trying to connect to the Domino VPN:


 or


Has the user changed their password recently?


Option 1

Can you try opening a browser and pasting this link:  https://vpn.domino-printing.com/
Enter your Windows credentials then select Start AnyConnect  
At the next screen, you will be asked to download and install the VPN client.  Click on the + to expand the instructions.
Reinstall the client.



Option 2

Disconnect the laptop from the WiFi.

Reboot your home router.

Reconnect to the WiFi



Option 3

Check VPN settings/preferences:


Click on the Cisco AnyConnect icon in the task bar to reveal the connection window:



Then click on the cog icon in the bottom left corner and select the Preferences tab as below:



Ensure the highlighted option above is unchecked.



Option 4

Run the network commands


Click the Search icon (magnifying glass) in the bottom left-hand corner of the screen and type "cmd" into the search bar.

You'll see the Command Prompt app as the best match at the top of the list.  Right-click on it and select Run as administrator.  Depending on your computer settings, you may be asked to provide an administrator password before you can continue.

A black box with a flashing cursor will open; this is the Command Prompt.
Type ipconfig /flushdns and then hit Enter 

Next, type "ipconfig /release" and press Enter

Then type "ipconfig /renew and press Enter


Type netsh winsock reset and then hit Enter

Wait for the Command Prompt to run through the reset. Once it’s complete, you’ll see the message “Winsock reset completed successfully”.

When all the above have been run, restart your computer.
