The following process describes how to set up your Outlook email signature:
Download the document attached to this solution and open the file, ready to copy the signature template contained therein.
Classic desktop version of Outlook:
Go to Outlook and on the top left Go to File
then Options
On the left hand tab select Mail –> Signatures
Ensure that your email account shows your email address as below. If necessary, use the drop-down box option next to E-mail account to change it.
Click New and type in a name for the signature.
Paste the signature from the attached Word file in the Edit Signature field
Edit your information and ensure the signature is selected for New Messages and Replies/Forwardsclick OK to save the changes.
Click OK again.
Open a new email to confirm that signature appears correctly, and you will be all set!
New Outlook Desktop Client
Launch New Outlook and click on the cog icon in the top right-hand corner of the window:
The settings window will open in front of the main Outlook window. Click on Signatures > New Signature
Enter a name for the signature, then copy and paste the signature from the attached Word file in the Edit Signature field.
(If you have an issue with the image format (i.e., it doesn't look as it should), then you can download the individual graphics below and copy/paste over the existing).
After adding your signature, you'll then see an option to attach a signature to all your emails (including replies and forwards), or only to the first new email. Once you have made your selection, click Save.
