If you receive a suspicious email, do not open any attachments or click on any links contained therein.
You can report it from within the Outlook application using the Phish Alert button in the top right-hand corner of the window using the classic Outlook client:
If you are using the New Outlook, please select/highlight the email and click the button in the message preview window next to the star
This will send the message to our Automatic Phishing Analysis system. If the message is immediately recognized as Phishing the system will automatically quarantine this across all Domino employee inboxes, preventing any additional employees from seeing the email and potentially opening its contents. All other messages are placed into a queue for analysis by our IT Security Team who will then confirm if it is Phishing, Spam, or Legitimate. Any spam messages reported will not be quarantined but we will do our best to unsubscribe you from any involved email list.
When reporting a message please select whether you believe it to be Phishing/Suspicious, Spam, or if you are uncertain of the nature of it. Feel free to leave a comment explaining why it was reported.
