To book a room with the portal, login at https://smartway2book.com/
Enter dominops as shown, and the Login with SSO option appears
Click on Login with SSO
Choose the Reservations menu and Book a Meeting Room
Choose the meeting room that you wish to use by clicking on the room.
Red rooms are already booked
The right hand window shows your booking with the room selected.
Click on Save when you have checked the time, date and duration.
