If a user is unable to access Oracle via Microsoft Edge and see the message below, it could be that the Domino group policy hasn't been updated/applied to their device and/or Microsoft Edge browser settings are not configured correctly

Solution

From the screenshot, it appears that Microsoft Edge is not configured for compatibility with Internet Explorer.
Please launch Microsoft Edge browser and click on the three dots in the top right-hand corner.
Select Settings from the list that is displayed and this will open a new browser tab.

Just below the address bar in the Settings tab, it should say Your browser is managed by your organization.
If it doesn't then you'll need to search for and launch the Command Prompt
Type in gpupdate /force as below

Wait for this to complete as it should display "User Policy updated has completed successfully" & "Computer Policy update has completed successfully".
Log off from the PC and log on again for the changes to take effect.
Try accessing Oracle again through Microsoft Edge.

If you still have issues, configure Edge by going to the Settings again and make the changes as below:

Click on  Default Browser from the list in the left-hand pane.
Under Internet Explorer compatibility, ensure that nothing is selected for Let Internet Explorer open sites in Microsoft Edge
Ensure that Allow is enabled for Allow sites to be reloaded in Internet Explorer mode - see screenshot below

Restart Microsoft Edge.

Go to the Oracle site, click on the three dots in the top right-hand corner of the browser window and select Reload in Internet Explorer mode from the list of options.

You will then have an Internet Explorer icon in the top address bar.  If you click this you can have the site load in this mode all the time.
