To access Salesforce, you will need to go to this URL:
https://domino.lightning.force.com/
You will now see an option under your Salesforce credentials that says, “Domino Email”.
If you click this, you will be able to access Salesforce in the same way that you access HR Connect. This way of accessing Salesforce is using Azure AD, our chosen Multi Factor Authentication method, this means that is the most secure method of accessing Salesforce. So when setting up a user in the future, you will be required to provide the users Azure AD Logon name.
As cyberattacks grow more common, passwords no longer provide sufficient safeguards against unauthorized account access. Multi-factor authentication (or MFA) adds an extra layer of protection against threats like phishing attacks, increasing security for our business and our customers.
Please make sure you’re not using the Salesforce Authenticator. Once you click Domino Email, you will see the Domino login screen. You can then login with your email and password as you do for Windows.
You can then authenticate using the same method you already use for HR Connect/Domino Academy etc.
