User Access within Salesforce

Raise a ‘Advice or Investigation’ Request on FreshService.

Ask for access in Salesforce to the ‘Empolis Service Express’ Permission Set Group.

User Authentication Steps

Once you have a license and  IT has given you access to the ‘Empolis Service Express’ Permission Set Group, every user needs to follow the below steps:

Within Salesforce, click on View Profile icon in the top right > Settings > Authentication settings for External Systems > New

Ensure ‘Empolis’ is in the Named Credential box.

Your name should go in the ‘User’ box. Use the search button to find yourself.

Check the ‘Start Authentication Flow on Save’ checkbox and Save the details.

If prompted, enter your Windows Credentials in the Username and Password Empolis authentication screen and click on Log in.

You should now have access to the ‘Service Express’ tab when viewing a Case.
