You can change the language for the FreshService tool in your account details.
For example: to switch to German
It is currently not possible for us to change the "Raise a New Ticket" text. It is always in English.
To switch to a different language:
Accounts for FreshService are managed here: https://domino-printing.myfreshworks.com/
Login to you account and you should see some basic account details
Click on Edit Profile
and you can change your language
