Freshservice

1. Download the installer from bottom of this page in the attached files.

2. Run the downloaded "Admin By Request 8.0 Workstation.msi" file once it has completed downloading

3. When prompted for administrator access please enter in your credentials

4. Click Install

5. Installation will be very quick and once finished you will see the setup complete page, please click close

7.Once Installed you will see that it has created a desktop shortcut and will also show in the system tray

Nothing further is required at this point. Please continue to use your device as you normally would without any interaction with the tool.
