Q: What is an LMS?
 A: An LMS is a Learning Management System which allows access to training resources as well as training records. The Domino LMS is called Academy.

Q: Can I use Academy on my mobile phone?
 A: You can, however, for the optimum experience, we recommend using a computer/laptop or a tablet.

Q: Which web browser should I use?
 A: Google Chrome. If Google Chrome is not available, then use Microsoft Edge

Q: Can I access learning in different languages?
 A: The courses are predominantly in English; however, we do try to translate when possible. 

Q: I have been assigned training, but I’m unsure why?
 A: When mandatory or compliance training has been assigned, you should always receive an email confirmation explaining its importance. If you are unsure speak to your manager.

Q: I am a new starter and cannot access Academy.
 A: Academy is aligned with our HR system, Connect. If you cannot access it by your third day, please contact your HR representative.

Q: I am experiencing issues with Academy, how do I raise them?
A: Academy issues can be reported through the “Support” tab on Academy. See explainer video on how to do it.
