Trim is a great way to edit or cut existing Microsoft Teams meeting recordings, live event recordings, or any other video where you need to hide a few parts of your video.

Please follow the 5 steps below in order to trim your existing videos within Stream:

1. Find the video you want to trim (Memo: Microsoft Teams recordings are in My Files > Recordings folder in OneDrive)
2. Click Trim from the menu on the right
3. Use Trim start and end section to remove from the beginning or the end of the recording by adjusting the start and end times.

4. Use the tick to commit the changes, click the pencil icon to change or re edit the times or click the reset icon to start over.

5. Use Cut from the middle > + New cut > amend Cut from and Cut to 


Note: Trimmed segments are hidden not deleted. The original video can be viewed or downloaded by users with edit access.
