When using Oracle iProcurement, you see the following message

"A pop-up window blocker has been detected in your browser. Pop-up blockers interfere with the execution of this application. Disable the pop-up blocker or allow pop-ups from this site."

Solution:

This appears to be a known problem with MS Edge at the moment, but it is already being addressed.

Check your Microsoft Edge settings are configured as below:

You can help yourself by emptying the browser cache, but this usually doesn't last long and you sometimes have to empty the cache every day.

Click on the 3 dots in the top-right corner of the browser window and select Settings
Next click Privacy, search and services
Scroll down to Clear browsing data for Internet Explorer and click the Choose what to clear button.  Leave the selected options as is and press Delete

Go back to the tab where you encounter the message and refresh the page.  Try again and you should have access without the pop-up.

Therefore we recommend switching to Google Chrome for iProcurement as the problem does not occur there.

No further steps are necessary to use Oracle under Chrome.

Microsoft Edge browser should be used for all other Oracle functions.
