ExpressVPN licenses are provided to specific individuals by IT for travel purposes on an as-needed basis. Employees should not purchase or use their own licenses on Domino systems nor should they use the ExpressVPN license on personal devices.
Please be aware that ExpressVPN while deployed by Domino IT is not a service specifically managed in the same manner as traditional services as it is not hosted by Domino or meant as a standardized software solution.
Any optional services, password managers, or extensions provided by the ExpressVPN should be used at your own risk.
Finally, be aware that ExpressVPN cannot be run at the same time as the Domino Cisco Secure Client VPN. If you run both at the same time you are at the risk of locking out your account due to erroneous account activity that could be identified as fraudulent.
Windows PC Installation
1. After having requested external VPN service an activation link will be provided (ex. https://www.expressvpn.com/setup/redirect/CODE_EXAMPLE) by Domino IT.
Use this to access the ExpressVPN software and your license activation code.
Note Upon visiting the ExpressVPN site you may be prompted to install the ExpressVPN Keys password manager. Ignore this prompt as you will not be able to sign in.
Copy the Activation code and select the Download option for ExpressVPN for Windows.
2. Once the download is complete, run the installation file.
3. The installer will initiate and obtain required components
4. A window requesting the activation code presented earlier will appear. Enter the code and select Continue
5. You will now be asked if you would like to have ExpressVPN automatically run on startup. Select No Thanks
6. Select No Thanks for the feedback reports
7. The installation is now complete. You can select the Power Button in the center to enable or disable the vpn as needed. The application itself can be launched from the Desktop Icon on your computer as well.
8. (Optional) Upon first launch of the ExpressVPN client it will ask if you wish to block specific content relating to ads or other items. Enable this at your own discretion as we cannot guarantee the service will misidentify Domino web content or services.
Android/iOS Installation

Use this to access the ExpressVPN software and your license activation code from your Domino PC.

2. Locate your choice of Device (iPhone, iPad or Android) and select it and scroll down to the Setup section where we will have credentials we will need
3. From your phone or mobile device search in the App Store for ExpressVPN and install/get it.

4.Once open use the credentials from the web page to log in to the ExpressVPN app
