New Outlook - Shared Mailboxes

If you choose to use/switch to the New Outlook, shared mailboxes do not appear in the same way as in the classic Outlook.

The steps below will guide you to locating shared mailboxes:

Launch New Outlook.

Scroll down the list of your email folders and you should see a folder named "Shared with me".

Click on the arrow next to it to expand the contents and you should see your shared mailboxes.

If you don't see the above option in your New Outlook desktop client, open a browser to login to the online version as follows:

Open a browser to office.com and open the online version of Outlook.

Click on the cog icon in the top right corner of the browser window to open the Outlook settings.
selected Account > Shared with Me and add the shared mailbox in the online version of Outlook.

Once it appears, close and relaunch the New Outlook desktop client, the shared mailbox shuold be available.
