By default, everyone using Smartway2 does not have a refined filter set for locations, meaning they can see and book anything. However, there may be some users that do have a refined filter, i.e., set to only see UK HQ locations at the lowest level so when others are added in time, they won’t be able to book them.

 


To resolve this issue, please follow the steps below:

 

1. In Outlook, select the Smartway2 Reservation option


2. Click on the refine button with a cog symbol to this window



3. Click on Locations


4. You will mostly see HQ building unticked, meaning the filter has some locations in HQ unticked


5. Keep expanding the filter, including ground floor, first floor, top floor etc., as required



6. Scroll down to view the rooms 


7. Tick any rooms that are unticked


8. Close windows


You should now be able to select and book any location within the Bar Hill site.
