Restarting OneDrive sync can help resolve various issues and improve the overall performance of the application. 


Here are some common reasons why you might need to restart OneDrive sync:

1. Sync Errors

2. Stuck Sync

3. Connection Issues

4. Configuration Changes

You can reboot Onedrive sync via "Domino Help" 

 

To do this, go to your system tray ^

Select the "Domino Help" icon 


Go to Self service > Reboot OneDrive sync

 

This will reboot the detail/service OneDrive.exe 

You should see the OneDrive icon on the bottom right disappear and reappear after a few minutes
