My Email Settings

  1. Click on your picture on the top right in Salesforce and then click on “Settings” (see screenshot below)

  1. Go to ‘My Email Settings’:

You will see a field named ‘Email Signature’, this is the box we will be using.


 

 

New Signature Style - Main Method

  1. Navigate to the Salesforce HTML Signature Generator Power App
  2. Enter your details, generate the HTML Code and then Copy the HTML with the button:

  1. Paste the copied code into the ‘Email Signature’ text box in Salesforce.

With Phone Number

Here is the text for the Domino Email signature in HTML formatPlease change the text Highlighted in red, then copy/paste it into the ‘Email Signature’ text box in Salesforce.

Once the HTML code is pasted in the ‘Email signature’ text box, click on Save at the bottom.
