At certain times, some users may experience the below error when trying to login / load Oracle Discoverer:


To resolve this issue, please follow the below steps:


- Search for 'Configure Java' in the Windows Start menu
- In the 'Advanced' tab, select the 'Certificate Revocation Lists' options as highlighted below:
- Click Apply and OK
- Retry logging into Discoverer


If the issue has not been resolved and the current installation is Java 8 build 351, please follow the below solution to downgrade java to a previous Java 8 build:
